Mr. Richard W. Tobin joined the Massapequa Water District in August 2002. He came in as one of the top candidates on the Nassau County Civil Service eligibility exam for this position and came highly recommended. He is no stranger to the business of providing excellent service to Long Island communities as he held positions as the Superintendent of the Water Department for the Village of Rockville Centre for 14 years and was a former distribution engineer at LILCO for 13 years; he brings to the District a long history of solid experience.
Mr. Tobin enjoys spending time with his wife, Mary, and their four children.
