RESOLVED, that certain water rates will be adjusted in order to realize an increase in $300,000 in water sales revenue.
RESOLVED, that pursuant to the powers granted to the Commissioner of the Massapequa Water District(the "District") by the Town Law of the State of New York, the Nassau County Civil Division Act and the Ordinances of the District, that the water rates and the price and cost of water used shall be determined and calculated in the following manner and in accordance with the following table and provisions:

FURTHER RESOLVED, that the water rates determined and calculated shall be effective January 1, 2008
FURTHER RESOLVED, that this resolution or the substance thereof be published in the official newspapers of the District.
